Are they rubbing only on the hood or at the front? Some girls are too sensitive to be stimulated directly and always have to be stimulated through the hood. Some girls have their clitoris stick out when they are excited and then get overstimulated through direct contact, again stimulate through the hood. Some girls are too sensitive or ticklish for any stimulation.

Have you tried oral from a guy who takes his time and listens to your instruction? Do you masturbate? Many guys, especially young guys, have limited experience and/or are too rough.

Sometimes males get the idea that the clit is a magic button and like Aladdin's lamp, think if they rub it long enough a genie (orgasm) will appear. I agree with the others...is he rubbing on top of the hood or directly on the clitoris? I can't have my clit directly touched or it becomes way too sensitive. It feels best and most relaxing when rubbed on the hood of it. It might feel better to you if you let your boyfriend know that. First, I would try it alone and see if you like it.
