losing virginity - am I doing it wrong?

Recently my boyfriend and I decided we were ready to have sex. We're both virgins, by the way. We attempted to have sex yesterday, but there were a few complications. Not the usual "he was too nervous" problems. He's fingered me before and we've done oral, but it was like his penis would not go in my vagina.

My questions are: is it possible to be too small? Is it just a virginity thing? Do I need to relax or, like, use a toy to get myself open or something? What should I be doing? Is there a position that's best?

Thanks in advance for your advice. :]

Actually I have no much idea about it and all I feel is you must do it leisurely. I too had tough times in the beginning. But my boyfriend penetrated his slowly and carefully. It pained me in the beginning and it was bleeding a little but seeing to the romance ahead I forbore all else. Now I am comfortable with his stiff .

Your vagina will be Okay with his organ in a while, sis.

      Hello Little lady bruh
Yes you need to relax more, its going to most likely hurt since like what you said above it didnt go in a first. Just takes time and patience...and maybe some lube. Thats the thing I see with Brahs(people) first time, it needs to be really slow, which in fact helps with the emotional aspect of it since you really have to pay attention and communicate with each other. Just give it another go trial and error, its your first time relax maybe more foreplay but usually just need some lube and maybe a pillow or something to bite and let him make that one crucial push and the rest is slow and stead..ier. Your both inexperienced make the most of it its your first

It's unlikely that you are too small. Your vagina was designed to also serve as a birth canal. If it can handle a baby, a penis should not be a problem. This is typical for first-timers. Yes you need to relax and devote plenty of time to foreplay so that you are naturally wet. Get a bottle of lube and lube yourself and him up. (This can be a fun part of foreplay!) Don't tense up as he attempts to enter you and use your own hand to guide him in. I assure you that any guy is not going to know as much about your body as you do. Expect some pain and a little bleeding the first few times. But things will get better as the two of you become more experienced. People are not all built quite the same, but missionary (you on your back, him on top) generally is the best to start. Spread your legs and lift your knees to give him better access.

Don't be concerned, what you are experiencing is normal.
