I know what your saying Seeker_Advice, but I'm of Indonesian decent, and that's is where Venus Smoke originates. I heard about it alot when we last went on holiday there but i was too shy to ask any questions. Plus I was only about 15 and it might have raised a few eyebrows me asking such questions :P
Out there, they have Vaginal Spas!!!!!! And I'm being completely serious!!!!! Things like this are more openly spoken about. When you have any kind of problems to do with your down below, you just go to a V spa as you would go to a normal spa for a facial etc. Alot of women going through menopause use it, a common symptom of menopause is vaginal dryness because of decrease in hormones. My Aunties swear by it. Also alot of women after pregnancy use it. I've always been worried about what happens down there after preganancy. Most say things completely change, some say things get very loose, others say they dont coz everything contracts :S And its used as a genertal health treatment, just as you would use a face mask on your face to cleanse.
Anyway, I do want to try it, probably a bit silly of me I know. Just want someone to try it with me lol.
I've tried doing natural stuff before to help, changing my diet in the past, eating more fruit etc, going on a detox for 2 weeks, excercising more, nothings really helped. I've been to my GP and my Health clinic Nurse about it and I get the answer, just use Lube. But its not just about sex. I usually feel quite uncomfortable there because I am quite dry.
To Jenn89, I am on BC pills but I've been like this whether I'm on them or not so I dont think its them. I've heard they can make you drier.
