Natural lubricant?

How can I increase my secretion?

At one point I was trying maca root which definitely helps. Any other natural ways to increase secretion to create natural lubrication?

Maca is a good choice as it is counted a food.
Another to try is Muira Puama. With both take them three days on and three or four off or your body with become used to them and the effect will diminish.
Fish oil and Evening primrose are worth a try.
