I want to be good on top, but I don't really know what to do.
If I'm on my knees, do I just go up and down using my quad muscles? How fast should I go? What sort of motion should I use?

I would just experiment with different movements and try to find something that feels good to you. He should get into it if he can see that you're enjoying yourself. This should also help you to relax.

Woman on top a/k/a Cowboy is one of the best positions in the history of human kind. It puts the woman in total control of everything. Angle, frictions, depth of penetration, movement, speed, etc.

If you've never done it, that's the beauty of it, you don't know what to expect and you get to try different things until you get to the point where you both are crazy about it. Practice makes perfect...so practice a lot!
