    Genital lacerations during sex!

I'm going to get straight to the point and just say that after sex I always have small cuts and rips all over my genitals (I'm a female), not just around the vagina, bit even on my labia.
Could this be from grinding too hard while on top? I'm always on top, my boyfriend and I both prefer it that way, sometimes we switch around, but not usually.
But yah, we both can get carried away and I will grind really hard.
These cuts hurt so bad, it's painful to urinate or sit down.
We always use condoms that are lubricated, should I use more lubricant?

You are probably under lubricated. Make sure you start well aroused and then use a good lube if needed.

What WC said. Some other posts talk about possible allergic reactions causing problems for similar situations. The allergies are to the condom material or possibly the lubricant on them.

Increase the FOREPLAY and use lube. Silicone types stay slippery longer than water based lubes.

If I were you, I'd let myself COMPLETELY heal then take the time, like 20 - 30 minutes, to experience some nice foreplay, then when you think you're wet enough, add some lube just to make sure.

I've had this same problem. In fact, it started to hurt so bad that I wanted to cry from the pain after intercourse. My doctor first prescribed me a vaginal creme with estrogen in it, saying maybe I needed a little boost down there. That gave me inconsistent results. Then she prescribed me lidocaine. It doesn't numb the experience at all for my husband or myself, but works well as lube and has removed all pain for me.

This may seem like an odd question but do you shave there? I don't because I know the friction during sex would hurt if I didn't have some kind of protection for that delicate skin.

I often cringe when I read some of these threads, they're so bizarre to what I am used to ?

Teen sex sounds so brutal and horrible, makes me wonder is this how it is for younger people ?

Why would anyone want to indulge is sex that is so painful and just plain awful its no wonder some women turn lesbian.

Try having passionate and loving sex its so much better.
