Sex has been overhyped by the media.
What you get out of it is controlled by many different factors. Your health- your age- your hormones-your mental health - your feelings for the other.
Overall these things will ebb and flow like the tide.
You are at the beach one day the sun is is shining- the tide is in - you are with your loved one and things are fantastic. A few days later the tide may be out - the weather overcast and you are fighting with your lover over something silly.

When you masturbate to porn you are getting mostly visual stimulation, with you supplying the physical stimulation. With a real gf you are not limited to one or two senses.
