It would not be semen after 5 days. If he finishes inside of your vagina during sex it is going to leak out, but anything remaining in there will be gone within an hour or so. Anything after that is likely normal female discharge. It can look pale white, it can look cloudy so it could look like semen but it is not. The sperm that live for up to 5 days do not do so in the vagina as it is too hostile of an environment. Rather, they do it in the uterus, where the environment won't kill them.
