I have vaginismis, which makes me having sex extremely painful and difficult. However I greatly enjoy masturbating usually once a day or every other day and am usually able to have great waves of orgasms. Recently my boyfriend tried eating me out, it felt so good it hurt, I think I orgasmed, only because the intense climax of pleasure just kind of stopped. Hard to say what might cause that- you would have to think it could be hormones. Things can fluctuate during the month as well so it probably to early to be worried about it.
Maybe you could cut out the Masturbation for a while and concentrate on time with your boyfriend.
Possibly exercise and healthier diet could be beneficial as well.

I have a similar condition. My two best friends are a gay couple that own a sex toy store. Anyway they have vibrators that are glass that vibrate... Now I know what you would think.. its sensitive down there why put something hard as glass... But some some reason the vibration, it being hard, the temp the glass holds...
