How long have you been eating well, and exercising...You do know that fat turns to muscle consequently you can still weigh the same and you can't weigh yourself straight away, it's a progress.
Masterbation releases endorphins that sends a nice relaxed message to our brain, but it's not exercise, can't see how it has anything to do with weight at all...
Sex on the other hand is good exercise, maybe if you are with a partner, you need to add more of it into your life
