Your vagina muscles aren't strong enough to hold it in. It's natural for sperm to leak.Comment

It's normal for semen to leak out after sex. You have to keep in mind that your vagina is not bottomless. The opening to your uterus is at the end of it and that opening (your cervical canal) is tiny, so only a small amount of semen gets in (look at diagrams of the female reproductive organs). A drop of semen can contain more than a million sperm. The rest leaks out, it has no other place to go. To keep more sperm in after sex, you can lay on your back for a few minutes and prop pillows under your hips and thighs.
Edited to add: The more ejaculate a man puts 'in there', the more leakage you get.Comment

I've also been curious about this because I have the same problem. I'm glad i'm not the only one I thought there was something wrong with me, because it seems like nothing stays in, and all of it comes back out afterwards. I was also wondering if I was able to get pregnant with it coming out, so i'm glad you asked.Comment

It is normal for the sperm to leak out. What i did when we was trying for a baby was, the pillow thing. I would place a pillow under me so my hips would stay up and the sperm would not leak out. I did this for about 10- 15mins after sex. I have read that this help with becoming pregnant and it did help me!Comment
