    Excessive Masturbation

I realize that I am very young to be concerned about this problem. I am only 15 years old and it is "perfectly natural" to masturbate but I've been doing it no less than 2 times a day for 3 years, most of the time I reach 4-6 times daily. My age obviously means I'm not going to go out to find a boy to have sex with and I honestly can't function at 100% if I have not gotten off. This is not the kind of problem I'd like to bring up with my parents but I don't think this normal. I'd appreciate serious feedback instead of annoying dimwits who tell me "I need to get laid."

We don't function like that here - if anyone gets rude with you, report the post and the mods and admins will take care of it.

When something usually-normal, like masturbation, starts to get in the way of you living your life (I assume that 4-6 times per day takes up a great deal of time,) it starts to resemble an addiction, and can be taken care of in the same way. You probably need to stop cold-turkey until it stop affecting you, then reintroduce masturbation in a healthy way when you can handle it.
If your school guidance counselor will keep this issue between the two of you, you may want to talk to him/her. S/he should have information to assist kids with other types of addictions and enough education to change the suggestions to help you.

Do you masturbate because you are constantly aroused and need to get some relief? If so, that can be a disorder call Persistent Genital Arousal Disorder (PGAD). Not saying you have it, but could be a possibility. Do some research and see if it sounds like your symptoms. You will definitely need to speak to somebody. Start with you gynecologist. If you haven't seen one yet, its probably a good time. If he/she dismisses your symptoms, find another doctor. You may have to shop around because most healthcare providers tend to dismiss this disorder. If its not PGAD, its definitely something that is interferring with your life. You will have to find some help to overcome it. Maybe the local Planned Parenthood has some resources or suggestions of doctors.
