The two are completely different... It sounds like she is indeed having an orgasm, but not all women can squirt/ejaculate. If you want to try to explore this, I recommend the below two books. It does sound like shes having orgasms. And quite enjoying herself, and I think that's really all that matters. I can understand you wanting some sort of physical proof of her enjoyment, but she obviously is getting quite into it even without cumming.
