I was recently with this girl and came across something I have never seen before. We had a bit of foreplay and proceed to intercourse and within a few minutes I start to notice a white fluid droplet coming out of her vagina, I was a little concerned by this so as I pull out another droplet slips out of her vagina and down between her legs. Now the texture of the substance was not cottage cheese like so I think it's not a yeast infection. It was more fluid like but was different then the clear fluid that was present. It is most likely a natural discharge. Some women depending on the time in their cycles will have a more milky and thick discharge, without it being that cottage cheese yeast infection-like symptom. As long as she says it is not burning or hurting her (which is the case with some infections) there is really nothing to be concerned about.

If she was with someone that recently then yes it is possible however a natural discharge is more likely to blame.

Because it is not as likely for a woman to jump from one man to another in a short period of time to the point of still having another man's semen coming out of her while you are with her. So a natural reason, one that happens to nearly at all women at some point, is more likely to be a reason for the situation.

If I recal, gravity played a bit part and would have to pop to the little girls room pretty much right away. I have seen pictures of women with white and similar to the way you describe, seemen looks different also and has a different consistency to a women's natural lube. Also remembers not all women are the same, infant they change during cycle it's not always predictable, it could also be lube, maybe she as concerned about being too dry for you, and added some lube, then when her natural stuff kicked in, you saw that.
If I'm honest if I did it once id need more recovery time, I'm sure you could tell if someone else had been with her, especially if you went down on her, men smell and taste different. I have only seen women in porn go over and over and over to be honest.
I guess you could always ask her too, if you're concerned she's been with someone else, then unprotected sex isn't a good idea either.
