If your trying to get pregnant then sex once a day is the most you can do it and still have a good sperm count.

I read that the best way to get pregnant is to have a lot of sex everyday and then a few days before u ovulate stop and resume when ur ovulating. Apparently the cave man in him will think youve started aleeping w someone else and since the goal back then was to pass ur genes on, the sperm becomes stronger in an attempt to impregnate you before the other guy. Im not explaining it quite as eloquently but the article made alot of sense. If ur not trying to get pregnant i dont think it matters. As long as he feels up to it, enjoy.

Each guy is a little different. A man's body only produces sperm at a given rate, so with sex very often, he could be at a point where he is not near maximum sperm counts. What was he referring to about being weak? Physically it shouldn't be a problem.

There are some cultural beliefs that say ejaculation makes the man lose his energy and in certain ways it is true as most guys get really tired after sex. But it shouldn't be a problem having sex every day. It shouldn't make him weak overall.
