How to slow arousal
I am not sexually active yet, however, when my boyfriend and I simply kiss for a while my body thinks otherwise if you know what I mean. It can be embarassing and need to know what your suggestions are.

I guess if you don't want to get aroused then you'll have to try thinking about something else. Something that has nothing to do with sex. It is normal to get aroused and its naturally healthy. Try to keep your mind of sex, but then the kiss might not be as enjoyable for him because you're not 100% into it. -
Trying to distract yourself may end up with you conditioning yourself to not enjoy kissing. I would say if it is getting you too aroused, simply don't kiss as much or maybe not at all.I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Relax and enjoy the sensation. When you get older and more experience you will think back to the time when all it took was a look and a kiss to make you feel all hot and tingly inside. Feeling embarrassed about your own bodies natural response is just wrong. Be proud of it and love it.Comment
