Does your gf show an interest in sex? Intercourse? I would say it's a time to be particularly attentive to what SHE wants.
When my wife was pregnant, she wanted intercourse all the time, usually the so-called "spoon" position, especially as her tummy got bigger. She stayed that way (and I, of course, dutifully obliged) right up until she gave birth.
