I feel so weird about sex...

    Hi all..

I have a sex problem that is really bothering me. My husband and I have been married nearly 9 years. We just had our second child, a baby girl, in March. It was a good pregnancy and problem free birth. I have been breastfeeding our baby from the beginning and it has been a wonderful experience. I feel extremely close to our daughter. Since her birth, however, it's like my sex drive just disappeared. I know this is a common experience just after birth so at first I was not worried, but now she is almost 6 months and no longer sleeps in our bedroom. My husband has been super understanding and supportive. Understandably now, he would like to revive our sex life. I would too, but it's like my total feelings to sex have changed. Things that used to turn me on now repulse me (example: oral sex), even my husband touching me in a sexual way makes me squirm with discomfort. It's not that I have no sexual desire at all, but when it gets down to the actual act, I just feel incredibly uncomfortable. Last night when we had sex, I was almost in tears by the end because it just felt so wrong to me. I love my husband and I am so afraid of this damaging our relationship... Please anyone who has advice, I really need some!

Thats very common after childbirth, especially, i hear, after the 2nd and honestly my sex drive never returned until my ex n i split up and i started a new relationship. I think ur going to have to try very hard at first. Make urself havr sex for awhile even when u dont want to. Sex triggers the pleasure center or ur brain like alcohol and carbs, and the more u have the more u want so fake it till u make it. And try to jump start things by using toys and buying lingerie and watching porn if u like it. Alot of women claim reading 50 shades of grey put the apice back and i liked it as well. If that doesnt work after awhile disuss it w ur doctor maybe hormone therapy pills could help. Also are u taking birth control pills? That could be a probelm too maybe switch?

Breast feeding can damper your desire. It released chemicals in your body that promote bonding but lessens sexual desire. It may just take time.
