Hello, im 35 years old male. I been with my partner for over a year, and in that time i have never cum inside her. I never cum in any of my girlfriends . I do masturbate alot sometimes 3 time's a day. I know i have a problem all my life. When she is trying to masturbate me, it just don't work or feel the same where she can get me to cum. I think my body is just used to me masturbate myself, which to me is a very bad habit to have. I have stop masturbate for a week now and i try to have sex but i still could not cum. What should i do. Keep from masturbating until you start having wet dreams or until you ejaculate in her. And stay away from porn. Rewire your brain so she is the one you go to for sex and release by continuing to do just that for anywhere from two weeks to a month (learning a new habit). No cheating. Do you have enough willpower to do this (rhetorical)? If you start having wet dreams and you still do not ejaculate in her, the problem is likely psychological.
