Why can't he stay hard for me?

This is the second time it happened to us? We are just friends and he had just recently had sex this last week and was fine. But it just me where he can't stay hard right as he is about to put it in? What could be the problem? Are we not meant to have sex?

By the way we are both 21. We've known each other since 15. We went out once when we were 15 and again when we were 17. Both didn't last more than a month and not more than kiss. It's not drugs or alcohol consumed since we have both done that under the influence with others and it not affect us like it does when we are together. Lol

Losing an erection is very normal, happens to every man in his lifetime. Lot of the time is it something beyond anybody's control, just like sneezing. Sometimes there can be other issues like stress, illness, fatigue, etc. I wouldn't read much into it.

If you're just friends and this has happened twice, my recommendation is to remove intercourse from your friendship. Then you won't have to be concerned about his erection unless he asks you as a friend for advice about it. sp346 is right about the possible causes, and that you shouldn't read too much into it. Having said that, 21 is pretty young for this to be happening to him, so he ought to mention it to his doctor the next time he goes for anything else.

My guess is that the friendship is good, and the other kind of spark isn't fully there, but he wasn't going to pass up the opportunity for to share some physical pleasure, and it just didn't work out, physically.

As sp346 said, its common. The worst thing to do is to make a big deal about it, pressure just makes this sort of problem worse. Try other thigns, take the pressure off and it may just get better by itself.
