Maybe it's time to focus on achieving an orgasm in a different manner and then once you have 'mastered' it apply different methods or techniques to achieve like or similar results. Oral? Fingers? etc.

One simple thing you might try, and may already have, is to have your partner move up higher on your body once penetration has been realized so that his pubic bone is grinding or rubbing your clitoral area.
    This may help you.

I could debate the entire pharmaceutical topic with the other person who posted comments about it until we're blue in the face and it wouldn't do you any good. Despite what most people think, most research in the area of pharmaceuticals have little if anything to do with money or profits. If they did, they wouldn't have to awful failure/success of molecules that the indsutry does.

A good number of women have trouble achieving orgasm during sex. You need to find other ways. Our sex sessions nearly always end with toys.

Sex is not the problem. My mate and I have a very active sex life. The problem is the actual orgasm. If I do have one, it isn't great. Nothing mind blowing. I just have trouble with finishing. I get to a point that I think I will have one and then it is gone.
Your solution will be to find a different way to achieve an orgasm. Viagra does not and will not give you an orgasm nor will it increase the intensity of an orgasm. The purpose of Viagra is to increase blood flow, that is it. The more blood the more sensitive and receptive the tissue. If it does work in a small subset of women all it will do is increase the sensitivity of tissues down there which may help the process if simply have an orgasm. If you want an equivalent pharmaceutical, though more gimmick-like, you can pick up the KY lubricants that say they are "enhancing" as those also increase blood flow to the tissues...not really a great product as shown through so-so results in customers but it could be a place to start for different sensations.

My and a girl once took 50mg of viagra each (the male type, we broke a 100mg tab in half) and her clitoris became very swollen and sensitive, I cant remember exactly how it affected her regarding orgasms though as it was a while ago.

Hey Theresa, I get the curiosity! There’s definitely a lot of mixed info out there about "female Viagra" – but from what I know, while Viagra can sometimes improve blood flow, it doesn't actually have the same effect in women as it does in men. It's more about if blood flow issues are really the root of the problem, like DreamP346 mentioned.

Checking in with your doctor could be a good idea. Some doctors are open to trying things "off-label" if they think there’s a chance it could help. Just make sure they walk you through any potential risks first so you feel comfortable. And hey, if you do go that route, keep us posted on how it goes!

I mean I guess the concept of lowering blood pressure and increasing blood flow would work for both men and women but the anatomy and mentality of arousal are so different I’m not sure if increasing blood flow would make a difference for a woman. That’s an interesting idea.
