Don't buy a machine to help you kegel ... just do kegel exercises. Daily. Religiously. They will work. They can even fix incontinence.

If you have any issues doing them, try asking your doctor or nurse (or WH!) for tips.

As I am not a woman, this is a tough one for me.

Kegel exercises are good for all of us. I try to do one everytime I stop while driving my car.

Nobody really wants to wear Depends or other 'undergarments' when we're old, do we?

As for the Kegalmaster, the 'jury' is still out because I can remember quite a bit of discussion in this forum from people talking about the benefits of using such a device.

I agree with Little, if you just do Kegel exercises with regularity, like at every stop sign or stop light while driving, you'll see significant improvement.

I started having problems with leaking in my 35s after the childbirth. It was very tired to take care of the baby and the family. But what mostly embarrassed me is the incontinence problem. My doctor advised that I should do Kegel exercises. I tried it, but there is not any improvement. Actually, the Kegel exercise is not difficult, but how do you know you're making any progress and, honestly, it's something that is easy to forget. Nothing seemed to help me until I tried XFT Pelvic muscle trainer. It is amazing! That little gadget has really helped me a lot. My urinary incontinence disappeared in 3 months after the training! I would like to recommend it for you if you are suffering the same problem like me.
