Had sex for the first time, bottom of vagina is teared..HELP!!

I'm 16 years old and i had sex for the first time on the 26th of December, on the 27th i had it for a 2nd time. I noticed that the bottom of my vagina is teared, it looks like it was cut with scissors, I have been bleeding a little each day from that area. Today I fingered myself and i used 2 fingers and more blood came out..but it was very little. What can I do? can I get an infection? will it heal? I don't have the help from my parents so please don't mention them because they have no idea that i had sex. Thanks

The only thing you can do is go see a healthcare provider because we can't tell you what is going on over the internet. You may have ripped or it may just be your hyman that breaks during the first sexual encounter. If you have a pediatrician or GYN, call them. If not, go to planned parenthood. Even the nurse in the school should be able to help you.

Most likely it will heal on it's own if you just stop messing with the area. Also make sure when you use the toilet you are not wiping bacteria from your anus forward which will cause infections. Sometimes even when you don't have an injury. Always wipe front to back. Otherwise the risk for infection is low as that area is self cleaning and if the bleeding is only happening when you irritate the area it doesn't sound like a large wound. There's not a whole lot a health care provider could do with a small wound there except tell you no sex or masturbation until it heals. However there are options to see a doctor such as planned parenthood. They are required not to tell your parents unless something life threatening is going on and charge on a sliding scale which means the more money you have the more you get charged so if you have nothing you can get most health care for free.

In addition to seeing a health care provider, give it at least two weeks (three would be better) before doing anything that may aggravate the wound.
