As jns said, each woman is different. Your bf mentioned "most" not "all" women are sensitive inside the vagina.

Also, the hyman is not like a glass that gets broken and then is all gone. Its a membrane that at times is thicker versus thinner at other times. Fingering may not break the hyman completely. That may be why the fingering still causes bleeding. Also, you just may be too rough and ripping the lining of the vagina.
