Does anyone have any ideas that may help?

Does your husband masturbate frequently? Sometimes men get used to their own tight grip and the women's vagina is not enough stimulation. In this case, abstaining from masturbation will help.
There are also certain positions that make you feel tighter. Usually, if you can bring your legs together, can makes it feel tighter. Also try squeezing your PC mucles during sex to give him a tighter grip.Freedom is just another word for nothing left to lose - Kris Kristofferson and Fred Foster (sung by Janis Joplin)Comment

Also depends on frequency of sex: if, for example, you're having sex twice a day, for him to orgasm only half the time is pretty normal. Also, as suggested above, you might try tightening your grip on him by bringing your legs together, with his legs outside yours.
Or try a position giving greater depth of penetration, such as with a pillow beneath your hips.
Experimentation can be great fun!
Best wishes to you,

As with many sexual problems, stress can make it worse. He is probably aware that you are disappointed and that increase stress which makes the problem worse. I'd suggest trying to spend a couple of months not worrying about it at all - find other things to do in bed. Assuming that he is able to have an orgasm other ways, there is a good chance that this will just get better on its own.
Also, for some men timing is important. Some need quite a bit of stimulation to get going, others tend to loose sensitivity if it goes on too long.Comment
