are you still using the vibrator? sometimes too much use of a vibrator can desensitize you. you could try switching to non vibrasting sex toy such as a dildo. also try varying your touch

you could give it a rest for a while. your orgasm will definitely come back. i think women get more mentally fixated because its often more difficult for us to come. try not to be too goal oriented. maybe try getting yourself close a few days in a row so that it builds up a little . since your body already knows how to do it, it should not be too difficult to get it going again.
