    Can't get turned on anymore?

Hi! I'm new here. But I have a major concern.
I used to get turned on very easily. Just a picture of people kissing would get me going. I would masturbate like any other 15 year old girls would. But a couple weeks ago I decided to take a break. And it was surprisingly easy.
The other day I figured it was long enough. But I just couldn't do it. NOTHING turned me on. I do have depression and anxiety, but it's never been a problem before. Why is this happening? Is it because I stopped? Should I see a doctor?

Are you on anti-depressants? The Pill?

Well it could be your depression. Symptoms can vary from episode to episode. I'm diagnosed with depression/anxity/AD/HD. I've had different symptoms at different times. My worst episode was about 3 years ago. At that point I had an up & down appetite which was something I had never experienced before. Just because your depression has never affected your libidio doesn't mean it's not now. Maybe you need an anti-depressant. Most screw with your libido. I recommend looking into Welbutrin and Remeron. There is a third one that has little/no sexual side effects but I can't recall the name. All others have sexual side effects. I'm taking Remeron and Welbutrin which returned my sex drive to normal. My husband and I are both thankful for these meds.

Glad to help. I was pretty much resigned to being essentially asexual to treat my depression. When I had that bad episode I ended up in the hospital. There I found a female psychiatrist. She was surprised that I had a sex drive at all. I had tried Welbutrin years ago and it made things worse. She put me on. Zoloft and Remeron. Eventually, we switched out the Zoloft for Welbutrin. I have a reliable sex drive for the first time in a long time. My sex drive had been irratic to non-existent. Or worse, I had no response, orgasm was non-existent and could only get limited enjoyment. Since the change I can't remember the last time I didn't have an orgasm.
