I lost my virginity for 5 days and I'm still in pain, what should I do?

I went out with a guy last week. It was a great time with him except we had sex. I am 23 years old. I never had sex until him. His panis is big and mine is very small. He tried to force his in for 3 different times. Each time I was very painful, I didn't feel good at all. I was bleeding a lot. Blood was coming out in the next day when I went to restroom, I was in pain so I look at my vagina and I saw it was torn. It was 5 days ago, yet I am still in pain. I can't talk to my sister or mother or any one because I don't want them to know that I lost virgin before marriage. They wouldn't accept it because they still obey the country transitional. I don't know what should I do. Is the pain will be gone soon? How about my vagina that was torn, should I take some medicine or leave it untouch? Please help!

It will take a while to heal. I'm sorry to hear that you were with a guy who was unconcerned about hurting you.
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

You may want to go to the doctor, depending on the severity of the tear. You don't want to risk infection, or bacteria entering the wound, and sometimes it's just better to be safe. I'm also sorry that you were with someone who wasn't very considerate. But regardless, go to the doctor and explain what happened and they should know what to do from there. Good luck!
