She can try Kegel exercises, but that will only strengthen the Muscles and can make it "seem " Tighter, because she can "Squeeze " her muscles and you should be able to feel the Difference .

Other than Surgery, she cannot make her Vagina any Smaller than it is Naturally. After Childbirth, our Vagina's may be stretched and seem " looser ". so we do the exercises and sometimes we get an Episiotomy.
