hi, this is a message for anyone who has watched or is watching porn on the internet
I've watched the most violent and worse videos there are on the internet

And now i have gotten really ill because of this ,i have problems with hearing voices in my head
troubles with sleep,
and i have the ugliest dreams you can think of,
where i'm a victim of abuse just like in the many movies i've watched

This is a warning ,even if you watch soft porn you can get ill like this,because once you get addicted
you won't stop from watching these movies and there's a risk to move to more violent movies

You need to understand there are serious repercussions to be had if you watch any porn movie
every click you do on the site,brings them income and encourages them to add more material
Girls suffer because of the number of views the site has

This needs to stop!

I have no problem with porn and finding good porn. Even if I ran in to the illegal or fake violent porn it would not phase me. I watch movies with more violence. Horror and thriller are my genres. I was watching such movies and sci fi with my dad when I was a little kid (to the annoyance of my mom). Just because you can't separate fake from real in such things doesn't mean everyone else can't. My sister has nightmare problems too and never could watch movies with us.

It could be that you have an addictive personality as to why you can't stop watching your preference of movies, which you state is Porn, there are people out there that can help you get over that, or alot of people with an addictive personality, swap over their addiction for something else, do you think you could try that to start with?

Nightmares are horrible things to have but sometimes there is an element of truth in them.

For instance. You could be afraid of something or when you were a child something scared you for life.

Have you ever considered seeing someone? Ever thought of even trying hypnotherapy?

I remember when Robocop came out and some teacher thought it was a great idea to show it to the class as a gift (for whatever reason, I can't remember now).

Anyway, I was an 8 year old kid and watching a bad guy blow away the cop's hand with a shotgun in full graphic detail made me completely sick to my stomach.

I've always had a weak stomach as it is. I've never seen any horror movies, and thankfully I've never bumped into any sick porn either. There's been a couple of things that were borderline, and I just turned away.

I've snapped at people that send me links to some of that gory crap that gets passed around in E-mails.

How did you end up watching the sick stuff? Most of the sites I've seen are usually the boring run of the mill cookie cutter porn.

Have you been diagnosed by a physician? Did you self-diagnose?

I would be cautious about believing watching porn caused your problem. It appears as though watching pron was coincidental with onset of symptoms of a preexisting mental malady.
