Yes but it's usually handled by your body and temporary. Some might need treated by a doctor.

Yes

All std questions have the caveat that if both of you have an open cut or sore HIV can be transferred most anywhere.

safe sex includes getting tested for STDs between partners and asking your partner if they've been tested before doing anything so you don't have to worry about getting something.
