Right now me and my wife are apart since I moved. She will be here in 35 days or so and we have been on Skype video conference a lot. The other day we were on Skype video conference and I asked her to give me a little peep show. Well things got carried away and she started to rub herself. She had spread her vagina with her hand and whenever she would experience an orgasm, I noticed that it looked like something on the inside of her vagina would bulge out. After it bulged out I noticed it would go back in again. This would only happen while she was having an orgasm.

The walls of the vagina are flexible and full of muscles. When an orgasm happens those muscles often contract and you are probably seeing the layer around the opening that pads the pubic bone and end of the urethra being pushed forward as the vagina narrows. If you are aware of those muscles females can pull in or push out that area of muscle and extra tissue. Kegel exercises for urinary incontinence and weak pelvic floor often target that section.

Are your wife or her gynocologist concerned about her vagina? That would be my first question. If they're not, then there's no reason for you to be concerned.

Don't be concerned unless she says she is experiencing a problem. Understanding what you see can be useful if she later asks you if you see anything different when she is experiencing some sort of problem but don't ask any questions that would embarrass her. But my opinion is that if she was masturbating with her hand or toy and pop it out right after or during orgasm, it could be that her vagina opening was a bit dialated while contracting and therefore resulted in you catching that. Yea there nothing at all to be concern about like Jen and Jns have noted so good idea not to even bring it up . I am kind of concern you never seen this while you was ever doing oral on her or you never been that close up to her vagina before.
