I know that my OH has been searching for ex-girlfriend revenge porn when I am not here. Does this mean that he fantasises about sex with his exes? Do you think I am not making him as happy in bed as his exes?

Porn is a form of fantasy, and people's porn interests may have absolutely nothing to do with what they want in real life.

btw "girlfriend revenge", "fake casting" etc sorts of porn are in general just porn actors / actresses pretending - its generally not real.

Revenge porn does happen. But it's about one partner publicizing personal pictures/video and sometimes photoshopped images to shame their ex lover. It had nothing to do with your OH's ex's, unless he himself posted stuff about his ex. Maybe he likes them because they are amateur pictures/video or maybe it's the forbidden aspect that they are images/videos never meant to be released to the public and is done to the horror of the person in the video.

I think that many people find "forbidden" appealing - maybe because they were raised to believe all sex was forbidden. I sometimes wonder how many of the people caught for downloading child porn weren't doing it because they were attracted to children, but because it was the most forbidden thing out there, and therefore appealing. (I'm not saying its OK, but it might explain some of the behavior).

I think the fake revenge / abuse sites are fine - the fulfill peoples desire for the "forbidden" without actually harming anyone. Real revenge porn (posted without consent) is completely unacceptable.
