Hello ladies! I need some help with a problem that my girl friend has brought to my attention. We have been together going on 2 yrs now. She has been on the pill for over a year now. We have both been tested for STD’s and both of us came back clear. I plan on marrying this girl so we have decided to stop using condoms and go for an all natural feeling. She has brought it to my attention that when I cum inside her she feels discomfort. Even burning and itching. It only seems to bother her when I cum inside her, we can have unprotected sex for a while and shell feel fine as long as I pull out or use a condom.

Like I said, we have no STD’s, her paps come back normal, and we have both been tested.
This kind of sucks, b/c I don’t want her to be scared of me in bed, and I love the feeling of not having to use anything when I sleep with her. We have decided to go back to using condoms for now, until we can figure out what’s wrong. Any thoughts here? Anyone have or had the same problem in the past?

I had the same problem! I had no itching or burning any other time except except when he came inside me. Have her see a gynecologist- I had cervicitis. Sounds bad, but it's just an overgrowth of bacteria and my cervix was slightly inflamed. Treated with a week of antibiotics.

This happened to me too during my short time on the pill. I attributed it to lack of lubrication, though I never saw a doctor for it. The pill really messed up my natural lubrication, and I felt "irritated" on the inside after he would cum.
If the gynecologist doesn't have a solution, try lubrication and applying a warm, damp cloth afterwards. The cloth really helped me out (I never got the chance to try lube because I got right off that pill and we went back to pulling out.)

We have tried lubrication before. It still seems to bother her. You think it could be the pill? I dont think lubrication is the problem, when we have sex dryness is never an issue. I guess ill just have her go see a doctor. If its a bacterial thing, is thier a chance i could have a infection and not even know it?

Could very well be an infection. It's hard to detect since everything is on the inside. If she does end up having to take antibiotics make sure to use a condom while she is on them and for a week or two after since they cancel out the pill and make it much less effective. Also, it would be wise for her to take some acidopholis or eat a lot of yogurt to build up those good bacteria that fight off infection.

Some women are just allergic to sperm. The way it's talked about on the Internet, it's not uncommon, but that's not a very good indicator of most things!
The vagina/vulva is a mysterious thing. There are lots of problems concerning it, and some of them can only be detected at certain times of a cycle, even by doctors, so I would absolutely tell you to have a doctor's visit, and if they don't find anything, try back again during her period. You never know what you could find out.
As far as YOU having an infection, it seems to me that you would be more likely to know. It's easy to dismiss a very mild vaginal infection because you obviously can't see all of the vagina to look for symptom. It would be really easy for you to detect symptoms ... unless you have a problem with your eliminatory system, but those kind of problems come with plenty of pain.
