    The book - She Comes First......any luck with it?

    Just wondering if anyone has read the book She Comes First andirons so did it make any difference to your sex life?

    I haven't ....is it basically just advocating for what the title says? If so I think the approach is wrong, because you have to keep a woman coming, not just have her go first. In general anyway.

    It sounds more like a guy strategy for feeling like 'the man.'

      It's a good read and, of course, men in relationships are the target audience. I think the best advice in this book is to give context to the notion that good sex starts in the brain and for the younger types who always rush, the importance of setting the right tone. It certainly met with my experience that, for many women, their brain does not slow down easily and that kissing, touching etc are essential elements. Also drives home the point to men that most women do not have vaginal orgasms and we need to give more attention to the clitoris. As for whether it made a difference . . . knowledge is power. We can always improve a skill set.

        It's good. And accommodative to the females ongoing orgasm...after the first. The first is out of respect.
