    Hormones -_-"

So normally its all good, libido is non existant and I can get along with my daily activities.
But sometimes it spikes to levels where I end up doing it like 4 times a day, and when it does this it interferes with daily life activities.
How do you get it to slow down. Its not even about how much I do it when its like this, im just exausted. When will my libido return to normal?

What is "doing it," masturbation or partnered sex?

Everybody's different but in my case there's no getting it to slow down. You just have to answer the need. If you're masturbating all the time that's a bit less intrusive because it's only your time you're using up, but if you need to get serviced by your partner that often it's twice the time sink ....guess I can see how that would be a problem, especially for otherwise busy people. If it was me it would just be an "it is what it is" moment tho regardless.

Well some of you have seen my posts and I must say even though it is all masturbation - solo - i wrote the guy who started me on this track that he is like a denial of service attack to me. (he seemed clueless) I am an extremely busy person and used to masturbate maybe a couple times a month. A few months ago it spiked. It calmed down a little, but now I am back to playing most days 3 to 4 times a day at LEAST. honestly my work so demanding this is intrusive to my normal life.

But is that such a bad thing?

In all seriousness I do understand about being busy. I guess I'm lucky because I've been able to make it a part of my normal life and routine. I wouldn't exactly call myself un-busy, but I probably have more leeway with free time than a lot of people.

haha - kind of - since I literally can work 12 to 15 hours a day at times. I need to actually SLEEP sometimes Not that I usually liked to jump out of bed in the morning before.....

There were times when this rush started that I could literally not concentrate on work. (at that point I was working from home trying to get more business, but instead of a lunch or coffee break I was taking another kind of break.) It is a little better, now but when you go from maybe 5 minutes a couple times a month to sometimes 5 times every day (and during the peak sometimes at least a couple hours every night/morning and several more sessions in a day, I don't know that that is a good thing.) Thank God I was able to manage better when I have to work in an office

When it spikes its like "Do it" then it spikes in the next 30 mins, until Im just to exausted and moving becomes a chore.
Masterbating is a good stress reliever, but it needs to learn when im not stressed anymore >_<

Your body has needs tho Anna. Masturbation isn't just for stress relief, it's also for its own ends. Maybe your body's just telling you it wants more you time/O time. I'd give it what it wants and let the rest take care of itself.

Justice, the same might be true for you. You seem to have a really really high drive now (good for you ), but it might just be your way of telling yourself less work and more play - literally lol. Personally I like the idea of a sex drive that takes a back seat to nothing.

i completely agree with that last statement Jenn how true is that saying. Thank god me and wife sex drive is pretty close to the same level makes for a very fun time.
When out driving always turn left. Then, should you become lost, you can find your way home by reversing the procedure and always turning right.
