I would like to find the most complete kamasutra book, the top of the top, la creme de la creme... Do you know one?
Is It that interesting to start studying the kamasutra where someone is in a couple?

I think you could google it, or go to a bookstore and see what is in stock, or just order it on-line. The kamasutra is not just a sexual positions book it has a philosophical background to it and unless you are willing to embrace that philosophy then the books really don't matter.

As I said, this is not just a book on sexual expressions, in order to appreciate the philosophical ideals expounded in the book you must try to live the ideals of the book. These include ideals on how to

1. General remarks five chapters on contents of the book, three aims and priorities of life, the acquisition of knowledge, conduct of the well-bred townsman, reflections on intermediaries who assist the lover in his enterprises.

2. Amorous advances/Sexual union ten chapters on stimulation of desire, types of embraces, caressing and kisses, marking with nails, biting and marking with teeth, on copulation (positions), slapping by hand and corresponding moaning, virile behavior in women, superior coition and oral sex, preludes and conclusions to the game of love. It describes 64 types of sexual acts.

3. Acquiring a wife five chapters on forms of marriage, relaxing the girl, obtaining the girl, managing alone, union by marriage.

4. Duties and privileges of the wife two chapters on conduct of the only wife and conduct of the chief wife and other wives.

5. Other men's wives six chapters on behavior of woman and man, how to get acquainted, examination of sentiments, the task of go-between, the king's pleasures, behavior in the women's quarters.

6. About courtesans six chapters on advice of the assistants on the choice of lovers, looking for a steady lover, ways of making money, renewing friendship with a former lover, occasional profits, profits and losses.

7. Occult practices two chapters on improving physical attractions, arousing a weakened sexual power.

You will take out of this book what you want (probably) and discard the rest, but it really was a lifestyle to be lived completely and fully as the book and it's precepts prescribe.

And... Is the practice of the kamasutra (only the "technique" part/then the remaining) a good thing to do with our beloved one?

I cannot recommend any one particular book to you. Go to a bookstore, library or on-line and look them up and find one that is in line with your personal reading style. If you go for a direct translation of the Karma Sutra you will be in for a bit of tough reading.

I've found the Amazon reviews to be pretty spot on for sex books. Make sure there are enough reviews (20+) and read them carefully. You will get a good idea of what is the best for you and your partner.
