I always back stuff up in to my bladder and then pee out a cup or so of mostly clear liquid when done. Sometimes I have to quit masturbating because my bladder has gotten too full. lol I've tried to get it to come out but it just won't. Relaxing and not thinking about it doesn't work, consciously pushing doesn't work, even attempting to actually pee doesn't work. Amusing since I have some urinary incontinence. Not sure if anatomical or damage from undiagnosed UTI as a kid. My sister has much worse urinary problems. Nothing will come out when sexually aroused though.
