Do I need surgery?
I've been dating this guy for awhile and I'm ready to have sex with him. But the problem is my vagina is very small (The opening of my vagina is very small but the rest isn't). I can't even fit a tampon in it. I've read similar post about how you need to slowly stretch it out, but I don't think this is going to work. I can't put even a finger in my vagina without being in a ton of pain. I was wondering should I just get surgery? My boyfriend has a very small penis but I still don't think it will work. I was also thinking about Anal sex.. But I don't know if my boyfriend wants to do this, especially because we are both not very well educated on everything. I know you need tons of lube and thats it, any more advice? I trust my boyfriend to be careful and slow, but I've heard it painful the first few times. And my boyfriend says if we do have sex he most likely wont wear a condom because he has a medical problem, so if he did it would just fall out. But instead he would use the pull out method. I honestly don't think he knows what that is. (He's probably the most innocent guy I've met, he didn't know that a blowjob and handjob were called that, he would just say rub or lick the penis) Oh yeah I'm on birth control pills.. -

I almost want to say ditch the boyfriend. Medical problem that can't wear a condom. That is bogus. Really! Do you want to be with somebody who lies to get out of doing the right thing. The only reason somebody couldn't wear a condom is because they are allergic to latex. If that is the case, you can buy silicon ones.
It seems like you really don't know much, which is fine. You just need to learn these things before you get started. Is there a Planned Parenthood near you? If so, call and make an appointment. They will give you a GYN exam and see if you have any issues that needs to be corrected. They will also advise you about contraception and the bogus claim about not being able to use a condom. If there isn't one near you, call anyway. They can give you some advice over the phone and maybe even help find a free clinic near by.

And this is the person you want to lose your virginity to? I think you both need to mature a little, probably physically and emotionally prior to making this type of commitment. He sounds as if he really doesn't know which end is up, and a medical problem? The only medical problem he possibly could have related to a condom is that he may be allergic to one type. The solution for this is just to switch to another type.
Secondly, if you cannot insert a tampon then you may have to see a doctor. There is a solution for this and it's just a small surgical procedure. It also sounds as if you and he both need information on birth control. The pull-out method is only effective until it isn't. What do you really want for your future? Take a good look and ask yourself if this is the person you want to end up with. That which we forget may as well never really happened.Comment

You can be allergic to latex condoms and size might be an issue for keeping them on so there are some valid reasons. He just might not know there are other options. You can get non latex condoms and if you look online a variety of different fit. Some brands fit better than others on some people. They even have lambskin condoms if you want to go all natural. lol
You really need to see a gynecologist to determine if something is wrong and what to do to improve things. That's something we can't diagnose over the internet.Comment

Swolf, you have gotten some excellent advice. I just wanted to reinforce two things. The "pull out" method is useless. There are plenty of sperm in his pre-cum, and that assumes he is able to control himself enough not to have an orgasm inside of you. Since you are on BC pills, there should not be much of a pregnancy issue. Second, there are condoms to fit any boy. He needs to understand how to use one. Once he orgasms, he may lose his erection quickly. If he is still inside, all he has to do is to hold on the top of the condom as he exits so it stays on."The only consistent feature of all of your dissatisfying relationships is you."
