Im not really sure what Im asking for here, I just dont know. I appreciate the responses and suggestions but my situation is that I have exhausted all possible medical interventions aimed at 'restoring my manhood' and nothing works at all. I walk down the street and know that every man I see can physically provide my wife with the one thing in bed she desires that I will never be able to do. I would gladly give anything to have my cancerous prostate back and feel like a whole person albeit one with a terminal illness. Counselling is just awful because I feel so ashamed of what I am that it is traumatising and humiliating to admit let alone discuss the fact that I am and always will be a urine dribbling eunich. I really just cannot express how this feels beyond "Oh God what have I done" Its been nearly 3 years now and I just cry and cry (as I write this too). Perhaps all I am doing is trying to vent in the safety of the anonymity of the internet and hope that there is a suggestion or a female perspective that may help me in some way. I wish I could think of a female equivalent of this that I could describe so that I could feel that someone here truly understood just how hopelessly damaged, mutilated and ruined I feel (having breasts and vagina completely removed?) I do have my good days but I never feel whole and the reminders of sex and sexuality are ubiquitous. Thanks for the opportunity to express myself I suppose..... I live in hope for some sort of solution or help I havent considered

Well Cockless my only suggestion would be the implanted as well that Effy told you about as well. I have a couple guys friend I know who have been through this operation and this save there relationship and marriages with this procedure being done. I hope the best for you and your wife because in the long run your kids will suffer with a divorce in the long run.I wish you all the best for your self and your family with your decisions you make.
When out driving always turn left. Then, should you become lost, you can find your way home by reversing the procedure and always turning right.

If your wife could be swayed to do a little experimentation, I believe she'd be pleasantly surprised. Frankly, while I enjoy intercourse, I find DH lasts longer with digital and oral--which is a bonus for me. I might get only two or three orgasms with intercourse, but I've gotten up to ten in one session with fingers and oral. Give me the choice of 10 or 15 minutes for intercourse or go until I give out, I'll take the longer session any old day. 8-)

Did your wife like sex before you became ill? If she wasn't all that gung-ho, then maybe she is using this as a convenient excuse, as many women do. I don't know. I do hope you can get her to work with you on this. It would really do a world of good for the both of you to find a way to work through it.

I wish you the best of luck!

Can't help with the relationship part but (and this is often a misunderstood and looked down upon world) e-stim can give you orgasms without an erect penis. It's one of the most common situations that leads to people investigating it. You use electrodes and electrical devices such as the ones used for stimulating muscle groups people are having problems with. Those are called TENS units. Of course this has spun in to an entire culture of people with devices up to the several hundred $ range. It is not electric shock like BDSM often uses. It is as gentle as you want it to be. At first it is usually a little out there for most people though. Like I said, misunderstood.
