Couple months ago my GF friend (work out partner, sometimes sex buddy) moved to a different branch location of work (they worked at the same place before). Well it's all how you feel watching your girl friend with another women. If you are OK with and your GF with another women. Then there should not be a problem but if you 2nd guessing it all then you should let your GF know your feeling about the whole thing. From what you writing it sounds you really not into all this as I say you don't join in with it all. But your GF is all gung hole ready for that pleasure of it all. So you may not be able to change her mind about it all period. So good luck on your decision of what you decided to do.

I decided to stay out of the way and they sensed it. Not much happened. Did even get a visit in the night into our bed. I was good with that. No sex at all that night in any bed. Next day was all good. Maybe it is truly over.

Well you may be right sorry to read that. But to be sure have you discuss this issue with her. So you not just assuming it is all over then. What the worse that can happen yes it is or no it's not.

oh I was ok with my GF with other woman (usually included me) but it kind of got to the point where I had enough of it and wanted a normal relationship.

I meant the threesome and relationship with the third party seems to be done. I am still good with my GF.
