After reading your post again you just may be getting too much stimulation of the uretha which is causing this unbearable feeling.
Yes, many women do not orgasm. You will know it when you do.
Try doing the Kegal exercises. This will help stimulate the inside of your vagina. Do them just sitting in front of the computer. Squeeze the two lips of your vagina together and make them as tight as you can and then relax. Make this pulling and squeezing feel deep inside your vaginal canal and go with the feeling.... It is a very pleasurable feeling. Just do it and make it a practice. I think you will find a difference.
When you are trying to get to this place of pleasure find a hot dirty idea in your mind. Play with it. Relax....Comment

too sensitive ...
Too much stimulus of your (genitals)receptors will be unbearable, just be aware of it and temporarily move to an area that is less sensitive, at some point the sensitivitly will subside and then you can come back to it, press on but don't overstimulate certain areas when they are sensitive, I've been told this by my partner who says they same thing (it's the same apparently for guys).
I think its a matter of being subtle and knowing when and when not to keep apply direct and excessive stimulus to the clitoris.
Its the same with my guy, I just going until he can't take it any more and then move to a less sensitive area that he can bare, watch your partners face to see if he or she in this case is not going through the roof.
