BTW, i have had the chance to get laid, but i dont believe in taking advantage of drunk girls/friends, i know it sounds corney but id rather have sex mean something, kinda weird for a guy to say, but im 18, and want to settle down and start a family :S

I'm 19 and I can't wait to settle down and have a family ... but I am also the product of a dysfunctional household, completely financially on my own, and 10 months away from my college graduation.
I think it's normal; I think we're programmed that way, especially where religion is a big part of child-rearing. It's a sweet dream, but it's not something that magically happens.
So, with that extra information, why don't you just date a lot? Go out on a dates with different girls and DON'T settle down ... don't have sex if you don't want to either ... until you have the confidence you desire.
