Set the mood - put on some Sade...take a candle lit bath together. Take control of his hand, slide his finger into your vagina, then pull it out and slide it into your anus. You keep control...only go as deep as you feel comfortable. At the same time, grab his penis tight and stroke it real slow (it will give him a simulated version of what the anal sex will feel like)...drink a glass of wine (or whatever will relax you).

Move it to the bedroom...give him a little massage, than ask for one in return. Make sure you get really lubed up (stick your butt up when he is pouring it and rub it in with your finger)... PUT A CONDOM ON HIM! Many diseases are transmitted through anal sex (from people who don't have STD's) without a condom. Make sure you are relaxed - passionate kissing, oral sex, etc will help. Grab his penis...tight. Slide it around your vagina and perineum to get him wet...then slide it into your anus...just the head first (women will sometimes "drop" if you just shove the whole thing in...basically your limbs give out on you if you aren't used to it). Control the action just like you would if you were on top. Once you get a rhythm, hand over the reins to your man...let him be in control for a minute.

Don't push yourself. If you feel tearing, burning, or sharp pains - stop.

PS - The sensation you feel after he pulls out - my wife said it feels like you are crapping on yourself...so make sure you don't eat Taco Bell right before you do this.
Some great advice here but I have to say HUH? Are you talking about getting an STD through anal sex by someone who doesnt have an STD?

There is a potential for infections if its done sloppily and never ever go from anal to vaginal without cleaning up first. The bacteria can cause some serious infections.

I'm against anal but I've read some good things and my friend loves it and raves on about it. My old roommate was gay and told me he loved it as well. Make sure to use a lubricant like KY which is water based because like someone else posted that's very important. Oil based ones are just bad news bears.

Lots of lube. There is no such thing as to much.
Any type of lube is ok but water based lubes tend to dry out quickly and become sticky/tacky. Lotions are ok as long as they are perfume and dye free but they tend to not last long. Silicone based lubes are great but they are not compatible with silicone toys or condoms. Oil based lubes are also great but are more difficult to wash off or out. Whatever type you decide to go with...just be generous and liberal with its use. I would avoid the types that have warming sensation or tingling sensation especially in the first few rounds of anal. They might sting or burn and you dont want that when your trying to get the hang of enjoying anal. Also, stay far far away from numbing lubes and agents such as anal eez and similar. Pain is the body's way of telling us something is wrong and if you cant feel pain, how will you know something is wrong. Its also desensitizing for the male so whats the point if he cant feel it either.

always feel comfortable with what your doing with your partner
being flexable is good too though and maybe if you feel comfortable one day with plenty of lube and the right position you both can share a good feeling - if you still can't think of the idea - tell him you just can't.. simple as that.. if you keep thinking about your gay friend - focus and you will see your partner and that is all
