My best piece of advice is when going all the way down, right before you start to hit the gag reflex, swallow and then you should be able to take it all. You might also try putting a small piece of ice in your mouth when going down....they seem to like that.

Well I am not pro but I would say to remember that your mouth and throat are shaped like an upside down L so to speak. Laying on your back on the bed with your head hanging over the edge opens your mouth so your throat is open for business. Sounds like you enjoy it, that is the real key.
