I don't feel 'healthy' down there...

(Before I start I want to also say that my boob is constantly itchy and one is... scabbing? around the nipple. If you can give advice on to how to stop this, that'd be helpful.)

This comes and goes, but my vagina is often in pain. It only really hurts when I pee. Sometimes when I masturbate, there's blood. This is only every now and again, too. It's also itchy around the area quite often. I've taken thrush cream and it did stop it but then it came right back.

I'm pretty sure I'm cleaning down there properly. The way I clean it is washing the pubic hair and then pointing the shower head towards it and rubbing around the area with my finger to try and get any dirt off. If I'm doing something wrong, tell. :P

Is there any way to avoid this? I'm gonna visit a gynecologist but cause I live in the UK it won't be for a while I'm guessing, I'm also visiting my boyfriend for a week next month... if there's something wrong, I don't want to embarrass myself.

Sometimes you're itchy, because of too much cleaning. If you kill the bacteria that keep it healthy (by limiting fungi, for instance), you may get too much fungi, and it'll itch. Could the scabbing be dry skin? Could the itching be dry skin? Perhaps the soap you use is too aggressive. About the peeing hurting, could it be an urinary tract infection? Read about it on the net. About the blood, is it a lot? If you have a fungi problem the skin down there can become kind of paper thin and you'll hurt it for nothing, like just by washing yourself, for instance.

I hope you can get that appointment soon and have a doctor put your mind at ease.

If you have fungi problem, you may pass it to your boyfriend.

I don't use soap when I wash my vagina. Just the pubic hair. I only clean it every 2-3 days a week so I doubt I'm cleaning it too much. It isn't a LOT of blood but it's not a small amount either...

Well Wolfdog I agree with Raindancer you may just have a UTI infection and sooner you can see your obgyn doctor the sooner you can get over the infection. But in the mean time you can pass fungi problem to your boy friend. So I would reframe from any sexually contact till you get the situation taken care of first...
When out driving always turn left. Then, should you become lost, you can find your way home by reversing the procedure and always turning right.

You might be having UTI infection. Consult your doctor and you may be suggested to have urine test. There might be many reasons for this condition so it is better that you should take medical advice. However, you can buy medicines for women health online as well at medsonline4U.
