That's a great question. My g/f refers to her bush as her bush. But she does keep it groomed...for the most part. While I've never told her to groom, she has asked me if she needed to work on it. She knows that I prefer it trimmed and groom, but I've never told her to work on it. I've never thought it was my business to tell any woman how to groom. They usually know how and when. I have seen it when she could of gone with a gardening service. A few days later, it was back to how I prefer it.

The woman I'm dating likes men with body hair. She does not like men who manscape. Hence, I'm thinking that the era in which we began having sex has a lot to do with how we envision our sex partners looking without clothes.

Some women can have really thick bushes. Some, like JNS has pointed out, have lean bushes.

I do love a well-groomed bush. It's a huge turn-on, especially when covered by sheer fabric. But then again, when my g/f comes over, as soon as she's in my bedroom, she's almost always naked.

A very friendly woman whom I see at our gym does waxing. She's told me that fewer women are going full Brazilian. She indirectly intimated to me that she doesn't do full Brazilian. She's about 25. My guess is she's a bikini line only girl. But that's merely a guess. I don't know her well enough to ask.

She's explained manzilian to me. She tried to get me in her office for one. I politely declined. There is pain and then there's male genitalia pain. Besides, my g/f wants me to look like a man although she has said that she's curious of how I'd look. She wasn't curious about pain I'd endure going manzilian.

                Hi amy40,

I agree with hot amy and you. How a woman grooms is her business. I've never asked a woman to shave anything. However, it she didn't shave her legs or armpits, I'd probably politely intimate to her that I'd appreciate it if she did. If she didn't want to shave, then I'd have to make a decision: accept her grooming habits or leave.

I've been with women who hadn't shaved in a while. Women can lead harried lives. It would be unconscionable to expect them to always be perfectly groomed. We're not talking hygiene; we're talking grooming. I've never said a word to them. Women know when it's time to whip out razors.

My g/f will cheat during winter months. She'll go a long time between shaves. But she has very fine hair & it's not noticeable. She'll let her bush become overgrown at times. Just the other night she asked me if it was getting too long. I told her that she looked fantastic. But she did acknowledge that she's going to have to do trimming in the near future.

I have been around Southeast Asian women a lot and am married to one. My Thai wife, who I think is fairly typical, doesn't shave her legs. She does have short, fine hairs on them that aren't very noticeable but are actually black in color. She plucks her armpit hairs with tweezers so she doesn't have any growing. Because of the style of hair hygiene, she doesn't have any stubble ever and her maintenance is fairly low.

                    Good Morning, JNS,

Many years ago I dated a white woman who had never had to shave. She had very fine hair on her legs and under her arms that was about a quarter-inch long. But she did have a thick bush.

The woman I'm seeing told me that when she was young, she had a very thick bush. She had to shave every day.

Wow, this forum is all of a sudden making me think about not shaving.... I'm 19 and I've literaly never had almost any hair because I started shaving it pretty much as soon as I figured out how. It seems so weird to let it grow but maybe I should try it.
