yes, lubrication is a good thing. I suggest a basic water based like KY. Not the kind with the warming senstation tho.

Work her up. Put your pleasure aside for a while and really get her aroused then start incorporating you into it. If you can, try to stimulate her to orgasm before you attempt penetration. Go very slow and like little said, a little at a time. Kiss her and caress her the whole time. Put her focus on kissing and caressing you and accepting you in. Kind of a distraction like showing a kid a balloon while giving them a shot. She should be as relaxed as you can help her be and I agree, this doesnt happen in the back seat of a car. Position... her on top lets her control the action which may boost her confidence and help her get through it. Some pain is natural your first time...even first few times but excruciating pain is not.

Does she have some preconceived idea that sex will hurt? Like, did her girlfriends tell her it hurt when they did or they bled and it scarred them or whatever? Its not like this for everyone but if she does have an idea that it will hurt...then it will.

PF, I find it amusing that you post, then you manage to get angrier in the mean time and then post another couple of times for the purposes of attacking someone. You know, it's really difficult to believe that you're 40... I guess brains don't age quite like the body...

Although I must admit that this guy seems pretty dumb, but at least he's looking for
      answers...

So, did I just read you right (harder than it should be - since grammar isn't your friend), or did you just say that you're leaving for good? Because I fear you'll just become one of the many I've seen who claim that they're going to leave for attention and then stick around like a floater that didn't quite get sucked down the toilet...

Just wanted to add a little something....

If you feel this way, understandably don't get me wrong, but try not to show that to her...

If she feels your frustration, she may tense up even more through "fear" of here we go again, he's not going to be able to...

Somehow you have to as other's stated, work through it, be patient and show love and warmth to her all the way through so she can relax more as well....
