    Is this normal?

Hi! So I just had sex for the first time last night, and it went pretty good, although today I’m feeling some discomfort around the bottom of my vagina, (I don’t know what you can and can’t say on here). It doesn’t burn or sting or anything, it just doesn’t feel how it did before. Anyways is this normal considering that it was my first time? It doesn’t hurt to pee at all and I haven’t been in any other pain at all. Should I just wait a few days to see if it goes away? Thanks for all your help in advance!

Using proper names for body parts when you are asking for advice or for help is normal and encouraged. Being that you were stretched in a way you weren't before I would say that what you are experiencing is not abnormal but the other admins may be able to give you better answers: atskitty2 , Claret , Ashlee T. , comments?

Hi Riley! I wouldn't be too concerned about some different feelings. Obviously, having intercourse for the first time is a big deal. As long as you aren't hurting, itching or burning...don't worry!

        Welcome Riley!
Agree, seems perfectly within the scope of normal to me.

Agree, this is perfectly normal. It's so normal that even being sexually active for years can have your perineum (the area to which you refer) feeling sore or tingling sometimes for hours or days after a particularly vigorous session. I, for one, used to enjoy this feeling.
That which we forget may as well never really happened.
