I think, when all is said and done, a lot of younger women are curious about playing the mistress role. It's an experience they want to have, something to play at.

Others respond to the ease of a man who has more experience, who notices and appreciates the little subtleties of female behavior, who doesn't make the mistakes men in their 20's make.

And some women just have father issues.
No doubt you are right about all the above.

Nothing wrong with being a TomBoy... And every woman is beautiful, you need to stand in front of a mirror and see the "real you", guys like short, tall, weighty, thin, dark, light, there is no description of what ALL guys like they are all different and there are guys out there that would find you attractive.

But, like attracts like. If you do not LIKE yourself, then no one else will like you.

If you feel un-attractive, then you will only attract guys that will USE you.

The situation that you are in, no you are not screwing someone else because you have been screwed. What in effect you are doing is again letting someone else screw you. Can you see that? I think so, and that's why you want it to now be over. You just put it in your head that this time it's different, because this time, you instigated it.

You don't believe your worth it because you don't love yourself, (not up yourself) just don't love yourself.

When you are out on that farm looking after the animals, I bet you "love" them, and I bet you have a few there that acknowledge you back, it's the same principal.

Stop telling yourself your not worth it. Don't "settle" for Tom down at the pub because he gave you attention and then once you had, he walks away for Jane.

Settle for you... Look in that mirror and know your worth.

We all have a femine side to us right? So you change oil, i can at least add it, check the water and batteries... So you like 4 Wheels, doesn't mean your not femine... It's the aura that you project, "you wouldn't want me I'm a tomboy, i change oil on cars, " that you put across as to whey they want to be friends.

What would be horrible is if they didn't, that would mean that you have no personality.

Obviously you do. So look long and hard in that mirror, see that you are beautiful, go to the hairdressers and ask for some streaks in your hair, buy lipgloss and put it on, go get a colourful top that you like that's not boyish, and put it on with your jeans, the next time you go to where those "friends" are, watch out, they will see a femine confident you.. And, play the game, the game of if you want to date me, you'll have to work for me...

I bet one of those "friends" actually likes you but thinks your un-attainable, hard, not femine time to shock yourself and them.

        And ditch the married man.....

Seriously?? Did you just hear yourself?? Honey, you need to take a looong look in the mirror. Start with asking what you want, for you, no one else. You have alot of work to do on yourself, and the married man being a part of it is only making it harder. I have to face the married man I fell for everyday, I dont have much sympothy for you there, you have to do what you have to do for YOU. Stop worrying about other people and having someone. When the right person comes along it wont be this hard, and he will NOT be married.

dont get involved with married men, they are all messed up one way or another. and i should know, I are one.

seriously though, CW is 100% right about needing to like yourself first. I'm sure there are many great things about you that any guy would would like about ya. above all else just be you.

Run, do not walk, away from this loser. In all likelihood he is using you and he will treat you like dirt as much as he can before:
              1. He gets tired of you and ditches you
              2. He gets afraid his wife will find out and ditches you.
              3. She does find out (probably will eventually, if she doesn't already know) and he will have to break it off with you, maybe move far away, and ditch you. It'll have to be like he never knew you existed if he's to keep his marriage.

Sorry if all this sounds harsh. I've been down this road myself, and this is reality.
Even if these don't happen and by chance he does divorce her to marry you, is this really the kind of individual you want to spend your life with? He cheated on her, what's to stop him from cheating on you? Sorry, I know that's not what you want to hear.

But a voice in you says, it's not like that. He's different. He really loves me.
              Yeah...

Well then that's great, now let that rub off onto you a bit hey

You don't need a married man to make yourself feel beautiful, loved, or not hurt.

We all get hurt, sorry no matter what age we are.. That's life.

And act girly, get that new top and smile at all those "male friends" so they know that you are not just a car junkie, i mean, mechanic, i mean hairdresser...

Good for you! But, please dont force yourself to be someone that you are not. There is too much pressure in this world to get married and settle down... who the heck made those rules? Why do you have to find yourself a man? Take some 'you time'. Keep smiling!
